Education, education is a problem in the Philippines

Good morning friends, how are you this day? Here in Danao it has been gray skies with thunder showers daily. My Internet server has had the hiccups for about a week and then the hiccups caught up with my computer. But never fear yesterday afternoon my wife fixed the problem. Life is a rope that swings us through hope. Always believe that today is better than yesterday and tomorrow will be much better than today. Don’t worry about everything, every flower bud blooms when it’s time. Every prayer is answered in Gods time. Life is obviously better when you’re happy. But life is at its best when other people are happy just because they have you.

It is the duty of the government to improve the quality of education in the country. The main problem is the teachers do get a very low salary in fact some of the market vendor do earn what the teachers earn. So what the teachers will do, can they focus on their teachings? Other problem is the Department of Education is not giving advance training for the teachers to improve their teaching skills/ability (correct me if I’m wrong. All they teach is the outdated method of teaching which they’ve learned 15 years back… Funding this program is also one issue due to corruption.

House builders here in the Philippines normally charge between P15,000 to P30,000 persquare meter depending on the quality of fittings and finishing materials. So you’re looking at P1.8 million to P3.6 million to build a 120 square meter house. If you do decide to build you need to be at the site every day to ensure the builder is following the plans and not using inferior products.
