This week Taiwan has been conducting large-scale military exercises, saying it wants to be ready if forces from mainland China attack. And at a simulation earlier today, the island’s military forces prepared themselves for a face to face conflict.
Taiwan simulated a response to a possible attack from China on Thursday, during the island’s biggest annual military exercise.
Joint forces from the Taiwanese air force, army, and navy simulated Chinese troops coming on shore and paratroopers landing at Taichung’s military airport in an effort to block the island’s transportation system.
