Life is an adventure and I live in paradise but I sure hate idea of getting old. I am 77 years old and seen so many things in those past 77 years. My biggest thrill was when I watched on my black and white screen TV when Mankind stepping on the surface of the Moon. My biggest disappointment has the continuous wars we’ve experienced over these years; I can still remember the bombing of Pearl Harbor and then later the street dancing celebrating V-J Day… the kiss from a beautiful young happy woman… the war was over! Now they are all just old memories of an old man.

I’m beginning to think possibly I might be the oldest blogger in the Philippines. No complains there. I’m 77 years old and still kicking.  I enjoy story telling and some other nonsense. Plus its better than having the clicker in my hand and being a couch potato watching the television. At least my old brain is still working with a few hiccups. Thank you for your patience as I fiddle around on my blog. Since I am no warrior or have any axes to grind I’ve set the direction of my blog to my lives journey and to things I’m interested in. If and when I miss a word or two or my spelling isn’t right can you blame me while I blame my computer. Now I think I’ll stop for another slip of Ensure.
